Yune Yoga 止滑皮拉提斯墊 CE58

The 5mm thickness is a sweet spot—firm enough for balance poses but still forgiving on my knees. The dark bottom means I don't have to stress about using it on the grass at the park. Weighs basically nothing, so it's slung over my shoulder for every class.

Took this to the park and it rolled up easily in my bag, the double-sided design means I don't have to worry about grass stains on the light side. At 2.5 pounds, it's actually light enough to carry everywhere.

Finally a mat that actually stays put on hardwood floors—the double-sided design is a game changer for me. At only 2.5 pounds, I can easily toss it in my bag for outdoor sessions. The 5mm thickness gives just enough cushion without feeling bulky.
